Sir mane 4saal ka bond sign kya tha jo one side hai jisme bus company ka hi faida hai mera nahi.ab bond break karne per mujhe 1lakha ka penlity hai . So please suggest me how it get rigid of it .mane 2saal complete kiye hai per abhi 2saal baki hai help me out.

Hello sir, i want to ask you, i had abscond from following US recruitment company 30 days before because of my personal reasons of not able to do job in night shift and they are forcing us to do extra time job without any pay so i have left that job, but they send me notice to pay 50 thousands bond price otherwise they will take some legal action against me. What i do sir now, Is these is legal in india? I have done 30 day work and they had stop my 15 days salary too?

That's a very informative video! In the case of experienced employees, employers don't have to spend on their training, but still bonds exist (particularly for the duration of stay) in those cases too. How does that work in such situations? Will employees still have to pay a reasonable penulty?

Well the employee isn't obliged to sign such a bond as it is assumed that the guy is signed for a managerial job And in most cases the employer will still agree to access their services without any bond being signed. This had been such a case at my organization and those were the results.

never accept they will automatically stop asking for bonds with experienced guys. Once a lady called me for a job I said "Am I a fresher who will agree for bond". She was so embarrassed. She became silent and then I disconnected the call

Whole situation- I joined the company at x salary and after 6 months I wanted to leave company because I got better offer and I file a resignation. They asked me they can give me same offer and can push my growth in future as well… they said you need to email us that you are ready to sign 2 year bond. But They didn’t provide any training Note- I already had experience of 3 years in same skills After signing the bond on stamp paper everything was good but after 7-8 months of signing the bond the work getting affect my personal life and I offer them that I want to resign They accepted the resignation but didn’t pay salary of that month when I ask them they said you need to pay 5 lakh as mentioned in the bond I emailed them that I cant go further with you because of work pressure and you can take my one month salary as a good will but I am not able to pay full 5 lakh They didn’t agree and I left the company now I get a summon for the civil suit

Hello Sir , i have a doubt . I've been working in an NBFC as a trainee from Nov 2019 . the training period was for 6 months but due to the covid 19 lockdown situation by the end of march the company was closed. The company resumed working by the end of April after govnt eased up the lockdown rules. But they have instructed me to not join for work until given any notice by the company. Its been 2 months and i called the higher managers for inquiry and they said they'll let me know. I don't know if i should look for another job or not

what is considered as training. For example, when I was working in a company, I was doing my job actually. It's not like they were giving me some training. I think the "experience" that I was gaining there was being considered as training. If you go in any industry as fresher, of course you will learn something new everyday. Can it be considered training??

No, training signifies work to make employee be more efficient and aware of work being done that actually cost the company, barely gaining experience while doing work without any guideline book (training) does not come under the scope.

सर ! अगर किसी को govt job में यदि 3 साल का bond है और उसमें लिखा है कि "अगर आप 3 साल से पहले govt job छोड़ते है तो आपको sallary + 12% ब्याज देना पड़ेगा।" यदि हम 1 साल बाद ही govt job छोड़ देते है तो क्या हमें bond के according "सैलरी + ब्याज" देना पड़ेगा क्या?? जबकि govt job में training वगैरह के नाम पर कुछ भी खर्च नही किया गया है, plzz सर इसके बारे में बताये !! तो

all companies are not same.. some give genuine training and grooming... employees today gets training and leaves the company just for 1000-2000 more salary offered by other company. All coins have both sides

Mera HCL ke saath 5 saal ka bond tha. 1.5 saal mein experience lekar maine abscond kardiya. HR ka phone aaya aur unhone legal notice bhejne ka dar dikhaya. Maine mere last name se milti Hui law firm ka address Diya aur kaha ki aap mere papa ko seedhe notice bhejdein voh mere lawyer hain. Koi call nahi aayi.

Can we join other employer without paying Bond to safeguard the new employment offer and then take the previous employer to court fr violating the bond by not giving any training ? Or should we first pay the entire Bond so that my resignation is accepted, join the new employer and then file a court case for refund from previous employer for violation of Bond?

Consult a lawyer. 10 year bond looks unreasonable. In case any training provided then maximum can ask to pay back such cost.

It’s section 383 of IPC, 1860 not section 368. As 368 talks about wrongful concealing or kidnapping or abduction of person.

Its really helpful for me thank you so much first So i am web designer, I left a IT company under bond of 1 year, and i left it after 2 month. If they are asking for that do one thing ....scan your original certificate and get those printed by some good Xerox center where they will make your duplicate certificate as original ones and ....then sbumit those.

Dear Sir, Kindly help to clear the Notice period clause mentioned below...as I am confused about it. ""Post confirmation, services may be terminated by either party, giving two months’ notice, which comprises a non-negotiable mandatory working period of 1 month, with the remainder of the notice period being negotiable on both sides (to agree the release date & salary payment in lieu of notice if any).""

Great work from team lla but i requests you to please make video on income share aggrement . Bcs now days students signed a income share aggrement with a company for training and then they have to pay after getting a job . Please make video if aggreement breached.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for making this video, Hi I am Soubhik I am going through a similar situation, I have worked with Wipro for 3 months, and then left the company for health reasons, I have given resignation, bt they have not accepted it and after few days they repeatedly forced me to pay penalty of 10500 for not serving provision period, I have ignored their letters and mails as I had submitted and discussed about my physical problems, bt now after 2 years I got a letter from a legal farm that stated if I don't pay rs10500 +12% interest P.A then wipro will file CIVIL & CRIMINAL CASE against me. Currently I am unemployed due to this pandamic and going through some deficulties please suggest me what should I do. I really need your help. And suggestions

Jab first job start karte he and job joining latter or offer latter me jo salary dikhate he and starting se hi offer latter se kam or different salary deti he company to use kya kar sakte he company ke against

I was forced to sign a NDA for a year after 2 months of joining which also had a clause of fine 30000 if i breach the NDA. But they promised if someone have a genuine reason it would be waived off. I only had 7 days left for my NDA. They never paid on time and i didnt received my salary for june and july. Then i decided to pursue my higher studies so i resigned. So now they are asking for a fine of 30000 and didnt paid me a single penny. Though,it was a genuine reason they are not paying me.
