The same is true for other resorts where there are multiple stops like Caribbean Beach, Old Key West and Coronado Springs.

Thoughts on if you have a car already and staying at saratoga. Is it easier to just drive to parks?

To the best of my knowledge, Aruba is the last stop to be picked up at Caribbean Beach.

What’s the difference between the two rope drops?

Time and who it's available to. The first rope drop is 30 minutes prior to park entry and is for guests staying at WDW Resort Hotels and other participating hotels. The second is when the park opens to day guests and is available to everyone.

This is why Disneyland is superior to Walt Disney world for a relaxed theme park vacation. That gap is narrowing because of the systems put in place over the past 4 years.
