I was told by an immigration agent that now more than ever the deportation policy for non-citizens is the strictest ever, any crime you commit that has a victim even a misdemeanor is probable cause to deport and strip you of your legal status

My husband has experienced so much racism here in amerikkka. He did commit a felony crime and he served his time but the "justice" system here made the crime three times worse by forcing gang enhancements on him. He's never belonged to a gang ever! I hate this f****** country for sooooooo many reasons and as soon as he's released in two and a half years I want us to leave and never look back... I've done some quick research online and it seems like all the places we love will not give citizenship to people with felonies. What if we really want a new start? What if we just want a peaceful life and to start our family without having to worry about white police officers and a racist justice system trying to sell us down to the plantation? What if it only took one bad decision in his minor years for this country to make him pay for it over and over and over again for the rest of your life?! It's right. The police here will murder him without cause and say so what he was a felon and black. It's not right and he's not evil and he's not violent. He's the most loving intelligent most wonderful person I know. We just want to live our lives out together in peace. We can't have that in America. This is a horrible country. Everything great about America smoke and mirrors.

You can immigrate to France. If you live in France for 10 years and do not commit a crime within those 10 years, then you do not have to disclose any criminal record from the US. First you have to apply for your residency. If you can show 1500 Euros per person per month income that you can make OUTSIDE of France (working online or remotely) and rent a place for 90 days, buy one year of health insurance from AXA Schengen for 300 euros for the year then you can apply in the US for your long term visa and renew it every year for 5 years. After 5 years apply for your permanent resident card and once you have lived for 10 years in France, you can apply for French citizenship. But even without Citizenship on a US passport and French residency, you are gold.

Hi Victor. You can call us to set up an in-person or virtual / phone consultation at 1-800-529-5465 or internationally call +1-212-227-8933, Monday thru Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am - 3 pm Eastern Standard Time. Or you can leave your number here, and we can have a client service representative call you at no cost to discuss the consultation process. When you speak with our office, Brad’s secretary will explain the charges for a consultation and you can decide if you would like to schedule with Brad or one of his senior attorneys. Brad had helped over 100,000 people with their immigration problems and over 35 years working in U.S. immigration law. We have an office in New York City and Hartford, Connecticut. However, if you do not live in New York or Connecticut, that’s okay because U.S. immigration law is federal. We have clients who live all over the USA, as well as overseas. As far as your representation we can easily and effectively conduct the consultations and your representation by phone, email, or virtually. We look forward to hearing from you.
