Sure it’s better to have started 5, 10 or 30 years ago, but it’s much better to start today then to wait and start 5 years from now; So yeah the sooner the better.

Awesome Guy - Old isn’t some set age, it’s a condition. You’re old when you have no energy or ambition; You’re old when you just want to sit down and do nothing. I’m in excellent health and have plenty of energy. I ride a mountain bike with guys half my age and we go anywhere from 15 to 30 miles every weekend. I have plenty of interesting projects going all the time and the energy to work on them. I’m 73 and I’m not old.
As "Hester boy94" said, of course is better start young, but, like almost all people in the world, I preferred to "waste" my youth in "fiesta", maybe was my fault, maybe not (all people here are the "work->spend" type), but that's the past, you can't do anything about that. The good part is : I can do now things I never thinked because I didn't have the actual knowledge... And now I can do it the RIGHT way; of course I can fail, but not that hard or so many times as before. Thanks for the video !

can you make a video on how to avoid oversleeping and having the motivation for waking up. today I missed a very important exam in the morning because I spent all night studying for it. it was so irritating to found out that you lost all those hours of work because your brain didn't realize the importance of waking up. Ps: i am a spanish 18 years old engeneering students and I got to say that you guys are doing a fantastic work on motivating people, I was going out partying everyday last week and know instead I started reading self-development books at nights, thank you for facilitating me to open my eyes and avoid loosing time on discovering it on my own.
