We used to have a cracking good kebab house here in Great Yarmouth “Sammy’s Kebabs” however sadly it closed quite a few years ago and I believe the owner went back to his homeland Turkey. Love it when Stephen “oohs and Ahhs” he’s got that off to a tee. Good to see you also do a thumbnail Lee. Those kebabs looked pretty decent although I do like plenty of salad and hot chilli sauce with mine. Saying that I’ve not had one for a while. Incidentally there is now a German Donor Kebab house in Great Yarmouth now recently opened last summer.

This is by far the best kebab in the whole of the fylde coast

I understand, that this is always a biased thing, but... I've travelled through a good number of UK cities, and over the years, amongst all the cities, my personal top place for the kebab is - Hot'n'Spicy on the Coventry Road, Small Heath, Birmingham. Just the best kebab. Tried for the first time in 2003, and then every year they just kept it up. Salad, meat, naan - top notch. No matter lamb or chicken - both are delicious and the best of the best. If you ever happen to be around there - I do recommend to give it a try by all means!

Love the Mirrorball, it does make you feel disoriented but in a good way 😎 We @CenturEye usually sit on the blue table that was opposite to the green table but someone has nicked it 😅

Tidy boys. The last time I had a kebab like that was near Leicester Poly in 1989. It was my first one ever, I te half of it on the way back to my car and the rest 4 hours later in South Wales.

I absolutely hate cash. I bet the ones who say cash is king have never worked in retail before. As most places are only allowed a £50-£100 float. When you get customers coming in to buy something for a couple of pounds and pay with a £20 note, that float doesn’t last very long. They also don’t realise that there are fees involved with cash as well. When you goto bank your cash takings, the bank take a percentage - usually on par with the fees that card machine companies take. So I think a wee bit of education is required by the “cash is king” parade.

Is there really another place called "American Kebab"? Even Americans would run straight away.

Living abroad I do miss fish n chips, but that fodder, I don't think so. That lamb meat looked like a block of corned beef? definitely not the lamb I like to tuck into, proper meat sprinkled with mint sauce

Nothing fresh about that frozen chunk of lamb. Turkey makes it in most restaurants in the morning, cooks it in the afternoon. Still looked good though.

Absolutely the Best Kebab Establishment in BLACKPOOL!!!!!!! The Armenian Kebab House. Two of the most Delicious Large Doner Kebabs i have ever witnessed. The Meat looked absolutely Lip Smacking Tasty. The perfect Take Away to have after a Night Session in BLACKPOOL!!!!!!. I could see by the amount of vehicles, how popular this place is. It is worth that Half an hour wait, for such Beautiful cooked Produce. This was Great to see. Thank you. Cash is King. Me and ‘the Boss’ have been going here since it opened in the late 70’s. Always had a great meal. Normal size kebabs are plenty big enough with a portion of freshly fried chips! Definitely 10/10. 👍👊🙂

I prefer my lamb in a roast leg meal. I hate those tree trunks of meat the origins of which are very unknown. Never eaten one and in my chippy I stick to fish and chips but my sons used to eat them and they stank the house out. However, you seemed to have received enough meat for a family meal. Why wasn't it raining as it should be in Blackpool?

Confused you asked for 2 large donners and then kept saying extra large donners that im guessing they charged you for, was there salad available because it looked so boring, they are not home made pitta btw and garlic sauce is best as its thinner than mayonnaise but sometimes its still called garlic mayo, you cant beat a manchester kebab with mint sauce, mango sauce spicy onions , salad and pickled chillies all wrapped in a freshly made naan , we can get something similar in Rhyl too

I think it said open 3 days on the big notice in the window. I quite like doner kebab meat now and again and this looked ok to me although I wouldn't want one as large as the one's you had. I'd go for one like Stephen had but definitely without chili sauce though.

My granddaughter who works at the Travelodge near Blackpool football club liv3s near that kebab shop 😂but introduced us to the fish and chip shop next door many years ago which I now consider to do the best fish and chips in the town
