CAN YOU USE RETINOL IN SUMMER? 

Our U.K. weather is absolutely awful nothing but rain this month and chilly too whilst in Europe they bake very strange weather

Wow. I've been using it year round, every day...for the last 35 years.

I use retinol in the summer and I live in the southern United States and we have to wear sunscreen constantly, so I don’t see the difference. I buy affordable sunscreen, so I don’t mind slathering it on.

What Summer for all of July it's rained. The rest of Europe and America is basking in a heatwave and we're getting pissed on every day. Its July and Summer and I've put the heating on WTAF..According to the Met Office more rain to come till Mid/End of August..❤😢

However, I remember that when you had come to Greece (where I live) for your summer vacations you had stopped using retinol in your everyday skincare regime. Am I wrong?

Retinol products and vitamin C products reduce hyperpigmentation,and brighten the skin. But how do they work with self tanner products? A self tanner product darkens the dead cells on the skin surface. Do the retinols and vitamin C products work against the self tanner? Do they cancel each other out? Simply put, can I use self tanner with any or all skin brightening products? Thank you.
