Voting for change does nothing if you don't change who you vote for. Not assuming her vote choice but many have been asked if they want change and they still reply that they will vote anc because this time ......

That's an unjustified assumption. More than half of South Africans DON'T vote - we can't just blame voters for ANC remaining in power. In smaller rural areas, votes for ANC are often out of fear, because they are warned - if we don't win this ward, we will know you didn't vote for us..

ANC is winning the elections, with only about 30% of those registered to vote. Most people don't vote, and instead of insulting the customer (voters), insult the businesses (political party), to develop and communicate their products better (message, action). The reason ANC is remaining in power, because we have terrible opposition.
