এখন আমরা যারা bsc 1st, 2 nd or 3rd year এ অধ্যায়নরত, ফ্যান্ডিং পাওয়ার খুবই উপকারী বিষয় অর্জন করার জন্য আমাদের কোন কোন দিকে বেশি ফোকাস করতে হবে? আপনারা যখন এপ্লাই করেছেন তখন আপনাদের স্থান থেকে নিশ্চই কখনো এমন চিন্তা এসেছে যে, আমরা যদি উনিভার্সিটি লাইফে যদি এই কাজ গুলো ওই কাজ গুলো কমপ্লিট করতাম তাহলে আজ ফান্ডিং পাওয়া সুবিধা হত। সেই বিষয় নিয়ে একটা উপদেশমূলক ভিডিও দিলে অনেকে অনেক উপকৃত হতো। আপনাদের ভিডিও গুলো অনেক তথ্যবহুল। ধন্যবাদ।

please আমাকে একটু help করবেন। আমি food science subject এ memorial university তে application করেছি এবং application form 2jon আমার পছন্দের supervisor নাম উল্লেখ করতে হয়েছে, পরের দিন supervisor কে email করেছি, supervisor k email করার পরেরদিন, আমি যে 2 refarence দিয়েছি তাদের কাছে email গেছে recommendation দেওয়ার জন্য কিন্তু Professor আমার email কোন response করেনি। একন টেনশন হচ্ছে কোন supervisor manage করতে না পারলে admission পাবো কিনা? বুঝতে পারছি না।

আমি একটা private university তে Assistant Professor হিসেবে কাজ করছি। আমি ২০১৮ তে research based MSc শেষ করেছি। এখন আমি Canada থেকে আবার research based MSc করতে চাচ্ছি, কিন্তু Professor থেকে কোন reply পাচ্ছি না। তাই course based MSc (M.Eng) করতে চাচ্ছি। যেহেতু আমি teaching profession আছি তাই Visa পেতে কোন সমস্যা হবে কি? Dear Saad Elahi, For admission without funding, you can apply for masters without publications and with as much gap as you have - not a problem at all! On the other hand, funding is similar to job hunting - Professors will take the best candidate they have. Hence, it is natural that any candidate with a publication will receive an edge over you. On the other hand, your 7-8 years of work experience might give you the edge in situations where such experience is critical! Bottomline is - try to create a CV and other documents and start emailing. You never know how these factors playout - our viewers are usually successful because all our contents are based on true stories of successfully funded candidates! Dear Abdullah Al Maruf, it is the job of Graduate Coordinators to streamline you to apply to their universities! Hence, generic emails are very common if you correspond with them! Our advice to you will be to email faculty members directly if you are looking for project based funds. Central funds are usually always decided by a central committee - after you have applied to the university. Hence, you are bound to receive generic replies if you inquire about central funds! if I get a positive response from a professor from a lower-ranked university should I still apply to better universities? And if I get admission to a better university through central application, can I ditch that professor?

Dear Sabbir, It's a great question! Students often shift to better opportunities when higher ranked universities are involved - it is only logical! However, we would advice you to refrain from signing offer letters from lower-ranked universities immediately if you are optimistic about better opportunities coming your way. "Ditching" a Professor is not a problem usually - however, it might reduce the chances of other Bangladeshi students being hired into that faculty's lab as he / she will already have a negative impression about you! To summarize - yes you can "ditch" Professors, but only as a last resort. Try to solve things with patience and care. Hope it helps!

It varies. Usually not. Funding is your stipend to work in the projects of the university and faculty - travel and relocation costs may or may not be included.

As a student of Chemistry, should I focus on publications or research paper in order to get full fund??? Or Cgpa, gre, ielts scores are enough?? How much difficult it is, if I only have my Cgpa, gre and ielts scores?? Please explain...

Consider this possibility - you apply for funding with a good CGPA + GRE + IELTS scores but no publications. Another candidate applies with CGPA + GRE + IELTS + Publications. Who do you think the faculty member will select for his / her Research Assistant? We are not saying that it is impossible to obtain funds without publications! However, in our experience, publications are a wonderful additions for any student looking to obtain funds for graduate studies abroad. Hello Brother. Almost all of my documents are ready except SOP which I am planning to create simultaneously with emailing professors. It’s going to be September now.
