Hi Chris and Martha! Thank you very much for this video, and for all the valuable information! I fell in love with Alaska last year. I have been contemplating a move up there. The Alaska ferries not crossing the Gulf of Alaska again this year has really complicated things. Thank you again!

Question-we have read on the Canadian website that you can bring 20kg (per person) of fresh fruit and fresh vegetables. We keep hearing that you can’t bring any of that in…why is that? Same with eggs-it says 5 dozen…

Thank you for watching our video, we do recommend checking the Canadian website for what their rules are for food, etc.. we shared what it was like when we went, last time was in August 2020, we know they update things periodically and we always recommend checking once more before entering their country.

Any tips for going through Canada as a cruise ship port? Obviously, we will not be carrying any firearms or bringing any food from the ship. The Milepost is Awesome especially when you lose cell service (AT&T). I always carry my Migraine prescription medications in their original prescription bottles whether I’m traveling locally or abroad.

If you plan to full time in your rv you will need to insulate your rv as soon as you get there. The temperature will start dropping in the next month.

We definitely ate too many of those meals. We used a Jet Boil to rehydrate and heat them. We are working on additional episodes for the Alaska Series. A new one will be out each week.
