If I really had to choose, I'd say the master bath. The whole place is amazing! Funny that with all the empty space around that they built 2 or 3 houses close together so far away from the city. What city? Are you in BC?
@@wernerdanler2742 That primary en suite is amazing. We would have to say the rec room area for us. This home is in Edmonton Alberta and is only a 10 min drive to the downtown core. Instead of building one wide home on the lot, the owner decided on 2 infill homes.
Super talented woman with great taste and style! Bringing high class LA/NY level interiors to Edmonton is an achievement to be proud of. Also, D2 group is one of the best designers in Western Canada and has had such a great impact on the landscape of Edmonton's residential neighbourhoods. Inspiring designers 👏👏
Lauren did WERK. Gorgeous house. I mean stunning. I really love that thin wainscoting. It makes it feel modern classic instead of stodgy victorian britishy. Genius. I even like the way she did the sink at 4:13, the undermount is flush so cleaning is easy. I hate it when undermount sinks have a big ledge where the counter hangs over, grime gets under there and it's gross to clean.
Jaden: I've never seen a water closet with a glass door lauren: We did the brozen glass so it gives some privacy Me: What privacy? I guess you get to watch me shit with a simulated tan now.
I BELIEVE AND FEEL THAT I WILL WIN THE POWERBALL THIS YEAR AND GET MY OWN MANSION, AND ONCE I DID WIN (A LOT OF MONEY) THAN THATS WHEN I WILL REVEAL MY SECRETS TO WINNING THE POWERBALL FOR SURE
Nice walk through but pretty basic for almost 4 million. Canadians seem to get ripped off when it comes to houses here in Canada. Houses in Texas/Vegas are so much nicer than what we get here.
My thoughts exactly. You are sitting in the living room and cars are driving right behind your back. You are working in the office but can´t concentrate because the road is so close to you. And I don´t like the kitchen at all - tiny windows make me uncomfortable.
Those hanging fluorescent lights in the sports court is a horrendous idea. Someone is for sure gonna hit one while playing and be eating glass for days.
Good job Lauren and Jaden! 👏 Very amazing designing skills, I love everything especially the master bedroom and the backyard. I have a question, where's Mike and what happened to him? I'm not tryna say that I don't like her I just quite miss the old duo Mike and Jaden.
@@Propertygrams like during the actual bulk of the video rather than as bloopers at the end. I think they just add a lot of character and show personality rather than it looking 'stiff and scripted' at all.
Lights are on the extreme of personal preference. They come in many styles making it hard to please everyone. We personally like the fixtures in this home (specially the dinning room), but easy enough to change out if it doesn't suit you.
She's gorgeous the the space is BEAUTIFUL, but I do have to say, I miss the really funny two guys - the camera guy and the other guy. Curious what happened to them?
Great house.....but why do some/certain girls talk in this manner....do they think they're cool ????? ...because it sounds unapproachable/snob like...not nice
Anyone who pays 4 million for a home in edmonton, also has another 4 million dollar home in Arizona or California. Edmonton is a pretty nice city in the summer. If I had millions I wouldn't be here in the winter though
This house is very Edmonton. Edmonton city has one of the most land in the world and yet even the multi millions house are like THREE feet away from each other! And it is against the FIRE DEPARTMENTS WARNING. Why? Because of developers and politicians greed, what else? Squeeze more houses in a given land and make more money.🙄 Other than that, a very nice house design by kick-ass designer Lauren Kyle at a stupid low price. Clarification: bylaw was written 20 yrs or so ago by our politicians which happened to be businesses elite’s also. Fire department warning also happened when these bylaws being written. NOTHING to do with our current politicians and developers.
No? There are building codes and bylaws in place that restrict a buildings setbacks and glazing. City’s want densification and people want to live inner city. I’m pretty sure the fire department rather deal with a fire on a several thousand sqft infill built according to the latest building standards with fire rated sheathing on the side setbacks than a 1940’s death box. Please don’t spread disinformation.
The house is nice. The problem however is, its in Edmonton. Literally the worst bleak depressing skid filled city ive ever been to. You couldnt pay me money and give me that house for free to live there. I'll stay here in Southern Ontario where things actually matter
@@Propertygrams Jayden! Beautiful house, for sure! When are you and Mike getting back together? You two make watching tours of insanely expensive real estate really fun!
Sorry to say this but the kitchen looks a little bit bland I would suggest instead of the cabinets replace it with shelves but i guess that's the vibe of the whole house
We think this kitchen looks clean and not bland at all (Specially in person). Although I do like your idea of an open shelf area somewhere in the kitchen
@@Propertygrams well why isn't he more active? The tours from a couple of years ago are everything!! Super dope super live! Please bring back the entertainment in your tours....no disrespect but can we please get Jaden and Mike back?
