Hey mark one more thing. If you use a foam roller and place it where you’re natural curvature is in your back for at least 30 minutes. It will relieve the sciatica pain..

What happen to someone that has a PGWP, did 4 months of full time job last summer (he studied a 2 year program and this was in the summer between terms), and now is working full time again, this means he will have 6 months on june 30, can he submit an AOS application?
