Canada NEVER guaranteed TEMPORARY Indian students lengthy work and permanent residency. Canada's own are also victims of the $ greedy Indian 'agents' who lied about Canadian PR to Indians. Due to severe lack of homes & entry jobs in Canada partially due to Indian STUDENTS creatively swarming all post-secondary SCHOOLS then vast majority fighting for PR vs returning home! Regardless of what course THEY chose or qualifications etc. Many asking for asylum! Canada PR has NEVER been tuition purchasable. Indians themselves say their Indian leaders are often corrupt & deceitful. Why should Canada pay for what Indians did to Indians?!!? Including via Sikh vs Hindu hatreds??

Believe he mention if Restoration demands then he can apply for temporary resident this is how they delay the deportation to asylum seeker for next 5 years ! So the deportation not going to happen right away

Should your restoration request get refused, the person can not stay any longer and have to leave. If they find out the border force officers will arrest and deport straight.

@TIK9CanadaTamilvlog I highly doubt that even if these Indian students apply for asylum, chances of getting a workpermit are slim. Mind you, the government can amend the rules overnight to mitigate the law and order problems if these system abusers are off the hook!
