I love that too. You don’t see those lip sync songs that you expect like they’ll play really classic songs (E.g High School Confidential),Party Songs (Ctrl,Alt,Del) and then they’ll have like some really amazing songs we’ve all been waiting for (Stranger in my House)

They shouldve done a reunion like last season. I really dont get why we only had 9 episodes with this stunning cast. I didn't think I'd say this about modern day drag race but the season was too short.

The first and second lipsync were bad not because of the performances but because of the song choices. Beauty and a beat was a choice, even if you want to pick a JB song for a lipsync.
Trueee, I think the standard for this season’s lipsyncs were pretty much up there. But the first two were still pretty tame with the rest of the lipsyncs (except Bombae vs Irma 😅)
Kimmy is iconic in Ottawa and has been one of my favorite queens for years. Her dancing is legendary around here and seeing it validated in front of the whole world is amazing 💕
Btw, Kimmy vs Vivian gives me Icesis vs Adriana vibes, Kimmy and Icesis both DEVOURED this song and gave us everything without any over-the top tricks and stunts while Vivian and Adriana still did their thing and delivered too!
Idk why but there is something captivating about Miss Moco that I can't explain. Maybe it's the way she paints or how she expresses herself... Everytime I see her, Im so drawn to her. I wanna see her on an Allstar Season. 😍 Also Miss Fiercealicous (spelling?) has become my favourite queen of the season. 😄
the problem that didnt make it a double shantay for me was that poor Kaos was too concerned with the camera showing her nipples girl. Bombae was different because her dress was falling down and so she kept pushing it up past the nipples, but Kaos lost a lot of that lipsync from just trying to cover her nipples as long as she could instead of focusing on dancing. I do not think she could have beaten Jada's face emoting or her energy but she could have tied with her dancing and gymnastics at the very least. I was so sad for that.
damn kimmy shared alot during the masquerade ball episode and seemed really worn down but still mother tucking ate in her lipsyncs like she's more than human she's a superhuman. She caught me off guard when she put on autopilot in that lipsync and it was a wrap in the first five seconds jeez so much talented people

This cast is electric. Even seeing the Miss Moco and Halal Bae lip sync right away makes me so happy. Everyone’s energy in this lip sync is why I miss this season so much. This is one of my favorite seasons of drag race.

My ranking: 1st: Jada vs Giséle (both slayed + it's the finale so yeah) 2nd: Kimmy vs Boom Boom (both gave different performance, Kimmy slayed the Dance routine while Lady Boom gave emotional-esque typa' dance routine) 3rd: Jada vs Kaos (both fought hard as fuck, it was a true KAOS but still ate) 4th: Kimmy vs Vivian (Kimmy eat, ate, ote, feasted and devoured the whole stage, felt it and slayed it and specially won that) 5th: Irma vs Giséle (Giséle ATE the hell outta that lipsync, she FELT the song, not sure how some people thought she doesn't know the lyrics but them people clearly doesn't know what "embody-ING" a song truly looks like, even though Irma tried, she failed) 6th: Jada vs Moço (both had different take on the song, Jada gave that drama lipsync while Moço was feeling her oats, Jada won tho) 7th: Fierce vs Chelazon (both slayed, Chelazon kinda ate, but Fierce kinda devoured it too, ghurl she gave that signature slow motion-ed trick by Gia from s2 but still ate) 8th: Halal vs Moço (i don't know bout ya'll, but these bitches ATE, Halal gave me that drunk dad energy whilst Moço FELT HER OATS TRULY, after that cartwheel, girrrrllll, she finna EAT) 9th: Irma vs Bombae (Irma kinda did "ok" to me whilst Bom was... well she did try her best, Irma gave something that fits the song a bit more, Bombae tho... i mean atleast she did a dancing routine too)
Canadas lipsync song choices are almost always so good (except you kimora vs gia song) because they are risky, diverse and just good songs and Jaida is sucha great lip syncer like all of her 3 songs were very different songs and she killed all of them imo

A calculation of statistically the best lipsyncer: (number of times they won a lipsync)/(sum amount of victorious lipsyncs based on this ranking here) Moço: 1/9 = ~0.11 Jada: 2/11 = ~0.18 Irma: 1/7 = ~0.14 Gisèle: 2/10 = 0.2 Fierce: 1/5 = 0.2 Kimmy: 2/3 = 0.66 So, technically in this ranking, Kimmy is statistically the most entertaining lipsyncer.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate Ms Jada Shada Hudson? She was so good at emoting in both of those slower tempo songs, but can still turn out an up tempo. She honestly killed all of those performances in my opinion
