One of the my friends also big serious issue.... he was sinked in ponds he drinked too much water full heart water when he was swimming....medical system they know how is emergency and serious....its almost 500k bills they waived

Everyone complains about Canadian healthcare but the truth is when it comes to emergencies, believe me, they give you the best treatment and good care with their normal health card, and additional insurance is required on a need basis. I have seen this.

Atleast having OHIP is mandatory, most of the full time workers will have OHIP Coverage plus work health insurance benefits.

If this boy was in India the whole surgery will cost only 3 to 5 lakhs in India in a best hospital and that too with highly qualified specialist in private hospital.. I don't understand why this costs so much in Canada whereas India can handle a same medical condition really well with only minimal cost. India is great.
