My son-in-law and daughter are in Canada. Son-in-law is a Canadian citizen. 6 months ago we ( me, my wife and my son) applied for a visit visa from India. My son is working in an investment bank and I am working in a private firm but unfortunately our visa is rejected. My wife and I are having US visit visa. We have done the Canada biometric which is I believe valid for 10 years. Now my daughter wants to apply for a super visa from Canada for all three of us. My son-in-law is a Canadian citizen and daughter is PR. Can you please clarify the following: 1) Can they apply super visa for my son? 2) biometric is over for all of us and there was no medical done and how will we do medical after applying for super visa. 3) the passport last time sent through VFS global. Now which is the channel we can send the passport to the embassy? 4) we are planning to travel in October or November 2024. Can we apply for supper visa now? What is the validity of super visa? 5) what should be the monthly gross income they require for to sponsor 3 people. ‘6) how much balance we should show Sorry it’s a long quarries. Hi, I applied for the super visa and got confirmation of the application on May 17, 2024. I uploaded the medical insurance policy document with the application. My application status shows " We are processing your background check ...." I feel it is being delayed. We had taken a policy active from June 25, 2024 but now we had to change this date as the insurance company requires it.
