Where in Toronto do you get $1300 1BR apartment and only $50 for utilities? And why is Ramu paying for health insurance in Canada when emergency medical is free and work usually covers other illnesses? And which city in India do you get to earn 20LPA but still pay only 30k in rent?

You are totally correct , If you look at the video i have corrected it by adding a text saying * one room , not one apartment. Regarding the rent , 30 K is an average figure, you can get a 1 bed room apartment for 20 grand even now in Chennai.

Regarding the Health Insurance , Provincial Health Care does not cover Prescription, drugs, Dental care, Vision care. So its up to one's preference.
