Canada has more chances to get more weapons and vehicles than Mexico because Canada is an Anglo country like United States and a NATO ally. México was nerfed by US since 1900 due to "Tratado de bucareli", after the Mex-US war, Americans don't want any potential treath near their borders. Canada do wathever US want so there's no problem between both. It's not easy to be neighbor of the most powerful country 😅.
