Canada wants to Deport Students & Temporary Workers | Canada PR | Canada Immigration 2024
In this video, I discuss the current state of the Canadian Immigration System and explain why it will be increasingly difficult for temporary residents, particularly international students, to obtain permanent residency (PR) in the future. Maxime Bernier, a Canadian politician, confronted an Indian immigrant in Prince Edward Island who was protesting for permanent residency amid a 25% cut in immigration. Bernier told the protester, "When your work permit is expired, you must be deported," sparking controversy and highlighting tensions around immigration, deportation, and job opportunities in Canada.
