Greetings from northern Minnesota! New to your channel I love your wildlife and atv videos. How do you like your can am with tracks? My wife and I are looking into getting a can am with tracks

Thanks for checking out the videos and glad you enjoy them. Love the Can Am with tracks...although the tracks gear down the top speed of the ATV the 1000 has tons of power. The tracks go through an amazing amount of snow!

@@cubbeezx it's got pretty good video on it. The father in laws isn't near as nice but then I don't know that we've actually used the video setting on it yet. Takes decent night shots though. Thanks for sharing!

They look like a larger version of the Scottish Wild Cat but without a tail, the Scottish Government has plans to reintroduce the European Lynx back into the remote parts of the Highlands along with the European Wolf, both were hunted to extinction Centuries ago. This is to control the exploding population of Red Deer that are destroying the habitat for native and reintroduced birds of prey and ground nesting birds such as Grouse and Ptarmigan along with Hares and Rabbits that rely on it for food and cover. The annual Deer stalking season has little effect on numbers in the remote areas so natural predators are a good idea, of course the Nimby's come out in force but as there is no farming in those areas they are not complaining for once.

There are tons of rabbit tracks so must be what keeps the lynx at Area 52. Might not be many of them left though after the winter with a family of lynx out there.

Thanks! Cubbee is doing ok...just finished the second month of his heavy duty treatment protocol. Not a huge improvement yet, but some days we see a little change...this makes us feel like there is hope!
