Well, I'm glad I watched that. I'll not be eating off the plant in my yard. I thought I ought to check further and I'm glad I did! Thank you for posting content like this!

Thanks this was helpful. I wish you had more close ups of the plants and side by side comparisons.

Sorry about that, it was a spur of the moment video.... I do appreciate the sudgestion tho. I was thinking of doing a more in-depth video on it when the season comes

They don't smell like grapes. Which is also a great way to tell.

Interesting. Other sources says "The leaves of Moonseed superficially resemble those of (Wild Grapes), except the former are less deeply lobed and lack serration along the margins;" Based on the video, both leaves shown have serration so are both grape leaves.

Yeah i get what your saying... Ive picked grapes from that area before that certain spot grows both... On top of each other so i tend to stay away from that spot

Thanks for the visual! I have also read that the moonseed leaf stem comes from under the leaf vs out of the side of it!

Yeah you really have to pay attention... Hence why Gille wasnt so eager after words in partaking in some wild grapes...
