We should complain about businesses who selling LMIA..these greedy pigs suppressing wages. In Brampton I reported Indian businesses who hired people on Cash under table. Employees without work permit

Lmia is a complete scam they collect money from employees and pay them back the same amount over the working period this way employers get free employees this is totally slavery and forcing hardworking Canadian citizens to go out of job or end up in court fighting for your hard earned unpaid wages

@swetapatel8996 I have my neighbors who brought a visitor on a basis to watch his sisters graduation who came to Canada only 12 months ago. Just imagine the way our gov is processing these visas and not even checking the background. This guy who came to see his sister's fake graduation is still here working

Canada has a very hardworking and thriving Indian community. Unfortunately a lot of criminal elements from India have also made their way by fraudulent methods. Their PR or citizenship should be revoked

I found that my agent have filled some extra month experience about my job experience in India while filling application. Does it make matter for getting PGWP and PR further? I have informed to the IRCC after getting Visa. I am coming in sep 2024

if u have informed IRCC you will get banned for next 5 years. Because you signed the application before transmitting and declared all information are correct . Nothing can justify in your case . Best of luck .

No it wouldn’t matter. Since you experience wouldn’t have made any difference one month less or month on your student visa. If a mistake wouldn’t have changed the outcome of the application then it’s not a material misrepresentation.

Scary and the thing is i was doing a job since last year and they suddenly changed the rules for GIC in December, before this i was planing to apply for my visa in july 2024 ( as i will complete my one year at job and my manager was ready to provide me reference letter as well) but due to GIC change i lodged my file in December and got the visa, i asked my manager to give me reference letter for the time till December but he declined and i had no choice other then to lodge my file. Just asking everyone Will it be ok if i use my supervisor experience From india for express entry. I Will get salary slips, photos of me at work , reference letter, salary letter everything by the month of July. Please don't demotivate or anything because I'm not doing anything illegal or anything I just need your guys advice Thank you

The person would have had it, how can you decide at an individual case? The officer visits an office and finds a CCTV, why can’t he request a proof??? You could simply say no to the officer if u don’t have CCTV at a work location.

@@SahilSayal :) it cannot be used as a proof of absence .. if you understand the law.. officer cannot ask for such evidence . officer can find out easily with ROE ..and other tax document and Bank record etc to prove Canadian employment .. false represent work exp in canada .it can be proved by a simple record pull .. i guess if they decide to use that path .those people who misrepresent will be in trouble..

I 100 percent sure his friend or enemy do this ircc ko 1 sal bad koi sapna nahi aya . Unke pas result time pe dene ka time nahi hai investigation kya kre ge. And these types of cases always present in the market from the years that friend or any jealous family member informed ircc about fake documents of his or friend.

You can fool in India and get away, but getting PR through dubious means definitely needs condemnation. Canada is no longer interested in immigrants from South Asia. Also, the methods used are not acceptable. Don't come here and play truant with authorities here.

IRCC should first control students who are coming here and not studying. Stop giving them PR and provide students visa based on job vacancies which are not fulfilled or skills andbtrades required in the market

You are correct even becoming Canadian citizen through PR process after 30 years, If IRCC finds any faults in the previous process, they could invalidate citizenship. Indians are living peacefully in Canada but nowadays rise in committing crimes by the desi people is damaging not only reputation but also immigration as well.
