Hi so there is no benefit having a US LLC and having Corp in Canada? We are planning to open a branch in texas this year and we are thinking to go LLC any advice?

Hi James, In most of your videos you say a foreign person owning a US LLC who does not have permanent establishment in the US, is tax exempt in the US meaning they report the tax but they do not pay any taxes. But here you said a Canadian corporation owning an LLC in the US may cause double taxation. For this company in your video who is doing dropshipping and there is no Permanent Establishment, how come LLC pays double tax? I understand they have to pay taxes in Canada as LLC is considered a corporation, but do you say they would be double taxed if they are not paying tax in the US?
