@@SxlPro in the last 28 years I’ve went through numerous jobs I have a 24 year old daughter , I am probably 75 lbs heavier than I was the last time the made the cup final. So here is what I’ve learned , this is the most gratifying finals appearance and this is the 4th one I’ve been a part of . 86/88/93/2021 . I am so proud of these bunch of guys. They have stood by each other during these playoffs and never gave up. So excited for Monday.

@@Kingdennissinned The early 90's is when I started watching hockey as a kid and I pretty much only watched my home team Red Wings until about the 2010's. I've been watching every post-season for the last five years or so now. So no I didn't watch the 93 Canadien's run, nor the 2012/2014 King's runs. I remember very little hockey from the early 90's as I was a kid. I have plenty of vivid memories of 1995-2008 though. As a Red Wings fan you can imagine why.

ahahah thats funny man. ya we dont get much to celebrate here and 6 months of freezing cold winter, hockey is the 1 major sport we have and over 28yrs man this is the furthest we've gotten since. Anytime we can celebrate an NHL victory we'll pass along the tent the same way as the traffic cones.

Hopefully it'll end with that cup headed back North where it's been missing for so so long. My new home team is going to be the Kraken and I hope in my lifetime I'll see them win a cup. I've waited my whole life for a team to be local enough I can regularly attend games. Go Habs!

I remember this feeling in 07 for my ducks, since then they haven’t been able to make a consistent run to the cup, I went to Montreal in 2016 for a Gm against the flyers, the fans were so kind to me, truly the best fans in the world are Canadians, on top of that I’ve never said so many banners in one building. I have adopted the habs as my backup team since then

@@navyseal8807 true and the fact that the hockey atmosphere is way different in Montreal compared to the USA, we’re more known for baseball and basketball. Hockey is thriving slowly though. Habs are my backup team since 2016, thanks to a great experience and great fans made me feel so welcomed. Duck will always be my #1 but habs hands down are my Canadian team

There is no Canadian team. As a leafs fan even before they lost to Montreal when some1 called them Canada’s team it annoyed me. Although Montreal is doing Canada well this season, good luck against TB or NY.

@@megavore97 Dude, calm down with that logic. I'm an Avs fan cheering on the Habs, but Colorado soiled their chances alone at a Conference Finals berth. Their defense decided to hot potato with the puck in their own end and the refs sealed their fate. Before you rush to conclusions, realize the simple fact that the Avs didn't face the Canadiens, and if in the situation they lose that match-up, then you can spew that narrative. Otherwise don't say it at all.

@@oKingsWild if they manage to win the cup, it will be one hell of a hockey story, from one of the worst teams this season, to making a nation and probably a lot of the world proud by shutting down Vegas, the team everyone thought they would lose to in only 4 games, and now being in the finals waiting on the other 2 teams to play their final game. I am so proud of the Habs this season!

I’m a Sharks fan, but been rooting for the Habs since the start of the playoffs. This brings so much joy! The reason I’ve been rooting for the habs is because I’m from Finland and Lehkonen and Kotkaniemi are one of my favorite finnish players, Armia’s also been amazing!

I'm a Leafs fan and the Canadiens deserve everything. They are proving to the world you don't need superstars and mega sized overpriced contracts to win. All you need is a great goalie, and a bunch of hard workers! Embarrassed to be Leafs fan. The Canadiens are the model team and organization. The Leafs are just an ugly mess paying overpriced contracts to people who have won nothing.
