To remember your dream u'll need to as soon you wake up, clear your mind and breathe slowly (inspire, suspend, exale each of it counting from 0 to 8 and with practice you can expand that court 😉). Close your yes and direct towards your 3rd eye. You'll feel the eyes moving as in REM sleep mode but awakened. Don't worry, just pay attention to what come as image or light.. Sometimes in that process you need to wait a litle because your mind is "poping" images that you are familiar. So, in that process you can opt to make something like astral projection 😉 It Will take some effort, but practice brings purrrrFection 😸
