I just realized cancer new moon… the hurricane hit us in Texas and trees were knocked down and landed all over the place on homes and cars and power lines left disaster and power outage for days and is told a week. Pretty much ruined homes and family and helping each other.

if i have pisces asc at 20 will I be affected by the saturn retro?

You would have likely been feeling it for months, since Saturn was at 18-19 degrees. Which is not bad as it's conjunct your Sun, so for example: it could be helping you to strengthen your boundaries, or give you more discipline and focus. Now that he's going to retrograde, it will likely feel lighter. Karmically speaking, this is a a time where "if you do good to others, good may be done to you", is the energy.
