My opinion ma'am in case of Pallative care apart from medicine positive Psychological mind is very important.There r different Training Methodologies now available.Updates with technological aspects r important too nd can't b Awerness is vry. important nd.In my opinion Prevention is better than cure.In any field including ministry of Health Training sessions of skills development through different Training Methodologies r very effective.It is also a part of HRM.useful lecture on cancer in brief.Thanx.

Hare Krishna. Please see a Pain or a Palliative Medicine Specialist for uncontrolled pain, there are medications other that ultracet which can help in her case. Also, after consultation with your treating oncologist, you can get a colour doppler scan of leg done for your ma to rule out DVT. Take care.

Can be side effect/ disease related. Patient can have pain during treatment. Please see treating oncologist/ pain specialist for proper evaluation and modifying dose/painkiller type per requirement of your patient.
