Meet Donna, a brave woman who faced cervical cancer and underwent a partial hysterectomy at just 27 years old. But her struggle didn't end there. Unfortunately, after all her procedures were over, Donna didn't receive any warning or guidance on what to expect regarding menopause symptoms.
Later in her late 40s, Donna hit rock bottom. Feeling completely out of sync with her body, Donna experienced a significant burnout- her body was screaming for help and she knew something was seriously wrong. This debilitating condition left her bedridden for six weeks, unable to work.
Desperate for answers, Donna sought help from multiple specialists, but they couldn't pinpoint the underlying issues.
However, Donna discovered that taking supplements and self care has made a tremendous difference for her. She found relief from the fatigue and agitation that often accompany menopause symptoms.
Join us as Donna shares her incredible journey and how she found ways to manage her symptoms, regaining her vitality and zest for life.
