@bernicrawford1887 My fellow Cancerian, I should tell you this as well. Our cells are like records replaying many things, good or bad. Record over the bad. It takes practice and consistency. It does eventually work. I wish that I would have been more consistent in my younger years. The tissue of our hearts is similar to brain tissue. I mention this because it is something important to. l can't put it all in a comment. There is just too much information.

This has most definitely been the worst year of my life at the age of 52. And I don’t doubt for 1 min that this is the end of the road that I’m on. But not knowing what’s ahead is bothersome
