people can't compare the wnba to the nba no matter how good they THINK their arguments are so just leave it alone. Both branches offer the best of the best and that's all that matters

I watched Candace Parker play high school ball at Naperville Central (IL) when she was a senior. She was a woman amongst girls, and it's amazing how she displays her enormous talent today as she plays against seasoned WNBA veterans. Congrats Candace!

The thing that is so amazingly stupid is that jebush10 would never call Candace that in a public place filled wiith a crowd of people from fear that he would get beat down. But he feels comfortable typing it here in a public forum simply because he can send it from the privacy of his home. But anyone who types anything here can be found out very easily. Basketball is about more than crossovers and dunks and the video clearly shows that she's very skilled for her sized. She plays like a female KG because she plays the forward position but can do everything. By the way, the Jazz were eliminated in the 2nd round by the Lakers. Not the WCF.

kobe is my favorite nba player but i watched diana t for uconn put on a shooting show that would have topped kobes sad performance or any laker for that matter in this year finals. They could have used her for this year finals. I should check her stats in that game, i can put some money on it she had more points and more made 3 pointers than kobe did just in the finals alone. I was sort of far away from the tv on st patricks day 2007 at a bar, and i was watching the game while i was waiting to get served and i was thinking to myself - WHY DO THEY LOOK SO BAD? see, i thought i was watching MEN'S college basketball, but then when i got closer I realized i was actually watching womens...that explained it.

Idk i'm fairly certain he means the level of play. This womens play is equivalent to watching high school (no dunks) and college (better team play and faster than high school pace). Like sure dunks are pretty cool. But all nba players also bring things to the table sick passing, sick blocks, crazy behind the 3pt line shots, faster and crazier layups, nice steals, and generally better overall more spectacular plays.

you do know that the NBA is rigged, right? They have to make their money somehow, whether it's giving players superstar treatment, or overhyping a player, or vetoing a trade, etc, you know that the NBA is all about entertainment nowadays and not about the actual game of basketball. if the nba doesn't get their money, then the players aren't happy. women in the wnba are happy with low ass salaries and having to work two jobs, as long as it means that they get to play basketball.

She scored 34 points...WOW! People AVERAGE almost that much every year in the NBA. Yeah...these girls have skills compared to my disabled great uncle. Charles Barkley RIGHT NOW (at 300+ lbs)is probably still better than half of these women.
