I didn't think of the consequences because it was so easy to do! I think it should be required to have a counseling session before an abortion is done! I've always said that. They make no sense. When I tried birth control pills, even the lower dosage I couldn’t take. Then i tried the shot, Depovera (if I spelled that right). It’s not good. Only 1 shot messed me up. It gave me dysplasia on my cervix. Glad I only did one shot because one shot of that takes 18 months to clear from your system.

I raised a boy and a girl as a single father, and I can't imagine life without them. My youngest turns 40 in October.

I raised 2 boys working full time throughout. As a result both are hard working, loving, involved Fathers themselves. I believe single fathers are far more competent in the single parent scenario and often are simply used for their vital input, the spark of life.

I agree they should get a choice, but until we develop the technology to grow a fetus outside of the womb, you cannot force a woman to use her physical body to play host to a baby she doesn't want inside of her, nor can you force her to terminate a pregnancy she wants to keep.
