Man this song brings back memories. I remember playing DDR every Friday night in high school with my friends. Obviously we had to share the cab with other people, so all the DDR friend groups kind of merged. I remember so vividly one of our friends finally cleared this on heavy as their first heavy song clear. The vets, the climbing up-and-comers, EVERYONE was electric when he finally cleared it and so happy for him. After the DDR days we all kind of went our separate ways. Life certainly isn't what it used to be; The boys and I hope you are doing well these days, James.
@@giannilyanicks1718 I am far from a BOOMER... I've played video games since Atari and I even find the recent ones like MINECRAFT and FNAF interesting.... I can kick your ass at STREET FIGHTER. Bet you don't know what that is.
This has always been my ultimate victory song. This song was only unlocked on DDR when you got past MAX 300. So when I do something and do it well, I play Candy.
My mom got me DDR on ps2. Two dance mats so my friends could play with. I remember playing this song and my mom going "I can't understand them, it's jibberish?" and I'm like, "mom, it's Japanese..." Her embarrassment will resonate forever in my memories 😂😂
I had absolutely NO idea there was a full vocal version of this song! Wow, this is amazing. I know there were a bunch of full vocal versions of Riyu Kosaka's other songs, like Love Shine, true, etc. but I had no idea they did that for this song. What album is this from? I'd be more than willing to import this since these albums are rare!
this song reminds me of my dog before he died. my sister was playing this song on the old dance pad we had and i brought him out. the guest we had over thought he was a stuffed toy. rip cloud. i miss you
I hope you and everybody can recover and if you didn't recover, I hope you can recover, may your dog have the best place in Heaven please, if he doesn't have the best place, I'll beat somebody up.
Oh man... I remember DDR Ultramix being a game I played heavily back in middle school. Won't lie, this and the early work of Hatsune Miku were what got me into J-pop. Am I the only one who thinks this would be right at home in an earlier season of Love Live?

I love listening to it and watching people play it on the metal DDR machines in Arcades. Simply Wonderful :) Translations used via Google Translate :3 Thanks for the upload! ;D
I just re-discovered this song over a decade later. I first found this song in a FullMetal Alchemist (2003) AMV. By the time I got into DDR, it was rare to find an actual DDR game that wasn't the rip-off in arcades. I wish Just Dance and Dance Central didn't kill DDR.
