+how-2-repair.com thanks. wires are Ok end to end. Another video suggested me to check for any drain issues as the water level stays above the drum holes when the error E11 appears. I checked the pipes, sump hose, filter and the pump but all look clean to me. not sure what can i check next. the machine does drain the water but around the end of the wash cycle it keeps some water and throws E11. i then have to drain the water manually
