yeah.. Canelo likes to move forward with his power punches... leading opponent to the ropes then combination with liver shots... Bivol's power jab punches are accurate too.. keeps his distance and keeps away from the ropes but does same think leading his opponents to the ropes too. The reason people don't like Canelo is because he didn't deserve his decision over GGG, and then he ducked GGG until GGG was 40 years old. THat's the reason many people don't like him.

Canelo spends the first couple of rounds analysing the results of their efforts and strategizes their destruction........ It seems like Canelo's opponents bring what "they think they know" of him to the fight, where-as Canelo can adapt to "knowing what they think" of his fighting, they're coming to fight what they have studied, he knows himself, he can "reshape" and adapt his style and give them something they aren't prepared for.

Bivol should not be slept on. While it is true that he has yet to face a complete fighter like Alvarez...he has shown great fundamentals, discipline and ring generalship from the outside. He has certain flaws that he will have to be especially cognizant for every minute of the fight vs Alvarez. He is going to show another gear in his defense while backed up...and another gear to his midrange or inside game. I think Alvarez is going to fight Bivol with a mix of how he fought Jacobs and then C.Smith...at least thats what i would try to get him to do... Jacobs style for the first 5 rounds then start mixing in pointed midrange and pressure at intervals from 5 and on after breaking the confidence in Bivols accuracy
