As accurate? YES!! As smooth? YES!! Controls recoil better than other Canik offerings? I can’t say for sure. Better trigger than the already great Canik trigger? Oddly enough yes!! Do I like it? ALOT!!
I was very close to picking this up from my LGS (which I was surprised got one in), but I'm on a budget this year because I decided to pay off a car loan early, and so it was between this and a different SHOT Show offering: the new Lipsey's Exclusive Ultimate Carry J-Frame in .32 H&R Mag by Smith & Wesson. And I went with the wheel gun. So far, I don't regret my choice. Posted an unboxing vid and a Short showing the first shots. Need to find more .32 H&R Mag ammo so I can do a full review.
Have you shot the rival-s yet ? If so can you compare that to this TTi combat recoil lift wise ? Next what ammo did you use because this is a ported and twisted barrel and most ammo says to NOT use in ported or twisted barrels.
I have never reviewed the rival S. There are just certain things about it aesthetically that I do not like. However, I have shot it and of course, because of the extra added weight of the steel frame it certainly handles the recoil better but basically everything else would be the same in comparison to me anyway. CCI blazer brass 115 as you can see from the video it seem to run fine
@@GSquaredTactical CCI Blazer brass 115 says to NOT use in a ported barrel. Next i didn't see you load any ammo into any of those mags so i had no idea what ammo you were using. I didnt see any blazer boxes anywhere as i was paying attention to the shooting and its muzzle rise after each shot and nothing else. i even emailed cci and they said to NOT use it on a ported barrel because the copper coating on the bullet is very light and as it passes that port, its going to strip that copper off very easy and will project out as shrapnel and can injure you or someone else.
Yeah I know but I’ve never had issues running it in that application but I will likely not again on camera because the RU-vid trolls will call me a inbred idiot 😂
@@GSquaredTactical I felt the same way about the Walther. I'd take a standard Canik over the PDP. Which is weird, as the Canik is modeled after an older Walther design. And I love the PPQ M1 (with the paddle-style mag release). I also love my utterly reliable PPS M2. I find Walther to be kind of hit and miss, as to my personal preference at least.
@GSquaredTactical out of all the reviewers they all shoot with the cam focused so far in you can never see the gas distribution out of the "comp" if you want to call it that. You sir are the one who took the money shot I was wanting to see and it was epic! If you go back and watch it the gun was actually blowing smoke rings out of the port! So like I said thank you sir 🙏
