What a beautiful place! I zoomed by Canmore twice on my to/from Jasper to Calgary. Never thought to stop. One thing I came to notice was the virtual absence of litter. Not like that here in NC. Second, what do residents do for a living year-round?
What a great question heres your awnser 7 months later. EVERYONE From far away thinks to go to Jasper or Banff. But honestly there very touristy and you'll meet more europeans than austrailians there. Canmore is a place everyone discovers when there sick of banff. 20 mins from each other but very different towns. Canmore has its tourism but its mostly filled with fulltime Canadian travellers and travellers from abroad with Visa's. I live here in Casnmore and Im a Sou Chef at a pretty nice restaurant. The jobs to get in canmore are Bar tender, server, cook, chef, housekeeper, hotel staff, hotel front desk, ski list operator, ski lift instructor, THAN canmore has a whole other economy of incredibly rich entreoenuers who live up on the hills in Three Sisters or Silver tip, But most of us rent rooms or apartments. and many jobs even offer staff housing which makes moving here way easier than people think.
I was there like 10 times nice video for sure,but the only problem is try to instal that little camera out of car because as you know you got the glass reflecting,but good job thank you .Go to Spray lakes Grassi lakes or Kanakaskis ok
