Cannabis Rescheduled at Federal Level - What This Means for Growers 

Anything short of complete and total decriminalization should not be accepted by any of us. Anyone acting happy about this is part of the problem as far as I'm concerned. We can't be satisfied with this as a community.The fact that it was ever made illegal is completely absurd. Accepting anything less than it's total decriminalization would be equally absurd.

Schedule 3 just allows (in my mind) big Pharma to make their moves easier...for a quicker "dominance" to where THEY can regulate prices. I can't afford to purchase a lobbyist to put my two cents into a law...But big Pharma bureaucrats & lobbyist sure can pay.

We need complete decriminalization

Regarding weed delivery: We here in Germany don't have dispensaries (yet 🙏) So, a legal alternative here would be cannabis from an online pharmacy - you order some and a few days later you get a jar with medical cannabis. Greetings from big pharma, btw.

This is great for everyone in non legal states , the current fine and sentencing guidelines are for sch 1 it will take years for states to agree on sch 3 fines and sentencing ..

If you only have 4 months and you're only going to get one harvest then use all of the veg time that you can veg right all the way up until you absolutely have to flip them to flower to finish in time that way you're getting the biggest possible plants in there for your one harvest.

Anybody over 21 with an ID gets the same deal. Only advantage of the Medical Card is 30 mg Gummies, No Sales Tax, and Curbside Pickup.

I feel sched 3 & the hemp bill being redone this year is going to really hurt the home growers.

Do you think that rescheduling to level 3 will open things up for home growers to apply for distribution/sales license kinda like home brewers for craft liquor/beer¿ Possibly open up the ability to have a 'farmers market' type setting for local home growers to sell to the public or work with dispo's to have their product on their shelves. Im sure they'll have a shit ton of hoops and regulations to jump through but i feel there's enough of us legit home growers out there producing top shelf quality products that the large garbage Walmart type cultivation companies like LIVWELL can't compete with 👀🤷‍♂️.

Hey guys great show. As far as rescheduling goes. You seem to have forgotten about insurance. Cannabis should be covered by insurance companies now that it will be considered a medical drug. His will help us out in med states where that's all we have. Sure I grow but it would be nice to get some RSO or Shatter and have my insurance cover it. Anyways that's my two cents.
