Daily reports from the Cannes Film Festival! Hilarious Press Conference of The Nice Guys by director Shane Black, with the director and actors Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe. www.vpro.nl/cannes
yes, that toilet scene was just hilarious. The timing between Ryan and the door and the cigarette, perfection! I loved this film, and can't understand why anyone didn't.
2 years later and I`m with you, bro. Maybe in the future cause it really seems russell and ryan are friends and they must have some impact on the studios in hollywood. God I wish they make a sequel, but take their time while making it. such a good movie.
@@mrsmacca126 I love this movie, the tone, period, humour, acting, the simple yet efficient story are awesome. Is it a masterpiece? No, but it's one of the best buddy movies. It works like in Lethal weapon saga, with good fun.
Russel you should have at least 3 Oscars already. You make it look easy. But you're completely believable in most movies. I wish Richard Burton was still alive. You two in a pirate movie or english drama would have been ideal. Keep up the good work.
Fatman and Ribbon. I never knew that Ryan should in fact have married Russell. I can accept Eva, but these two together is quite disturbingly beautiful
First thing that came into my mind when I saw this movie is Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. Like absolutely same atmosphere and style, dialogues, humor, characters and even music. And then I google it to see maybe they have common director and voila. Shane Black.
You can tell Gosling has no clue who Bud Spence & Terrence Hill are😂 It is a huge flattering compliment indeed and it was obvious that only a german would make that comparison.
I was thinking the same thing! wasn't surprised at all to hear the german accent going along with that compliment and glad to hear Russell knew what he was talking about :) saying a dynamic is like Bud Spencer & Terence Hill is indeed a huge compliment for a German to make. love their movies!
Bud Spencer & Terence Hill were very popular in Europe including France back in the day. But they were huge in Germany so i agree, only a German journalist would probably name just those two as examples of a good buddy movie. Crowes reaction makes me to believe that he liked those movies. He even posted a few words on his twitter when Spencer died.
@@drumtum I´ve never knew that they were huge in Germany. I´m from Brazil and people loved them down here. They came to Brazil a few times, always nice in the interviews, trying to speak Portuguese (that is a bit similar to Italian).
I don't remember this movie when it was first released. Just watched it on Netflix and immediately shared it and found friends had never heard of it. It wasn't promoted well. It made no money!? It was set up for a sequel but won't happen unfortunately. UNLESS Netflix backs it??
Those 3 should do another movie together. And the actress who played Ryan's daughter was great. I can watch that movie anytime. I only wish the writers would not kill so many characters in these types of movies. Other than that...an awesome movie. I think Ryan and Russel should be cousins in the next movie. I never see white characters have cousins.
He and Ryan should create an animated show for adults called the Gosling and the Crowe, and it should just be their personalities and banter but in bird form😂
I like how down to Earth Russell is but you can tell he is very ego centric and it's kind of a turn off for me. I admire people who stand behind what they believe and/or value, but the way you outlet it is what truly matters. In this case I think he's a bit of a jerk. This is why South Park portrayed him like they did, first time realizing this. Lol
