You are dead right PW. Their live shows are the best and their library is better than any other 4 death bands combined. I love the band Death, and they are the unquestionably the 2nd best Death Metal band ever, but CC is the benchmark that will never be equaled. Corpse is unFKN real, I love these guys!
They are by far the best live Death band ever. I just saw them open for Amon Amarth? and CC was just so fkn good. I am 60 and Corpse still gets me jacked!!
I just saw them for the 7th time in Tampa (2024). They opened for some "Viking Metal" band named Amon Amarth who was decent. However, Corpse even in their 50s utterly smoked the younger headliners who as I said were pretty good.

Often people like to be different or unique. So when asked a simple question like, "who is the best Death band ever" they don't give the best and obvious answer. They say someone other than Corpse and you know they work to hard at seeming different.

well as far as I know,they re NOT satanic, and even NO Anti-Christs, I think their music is just about killing,raping, gore and completely horror...,nothing to do with satan or god, as far as I know

@PunchingKitty No one in my school thinks im crazy for listening to all kinds of metal, especially the more extreme genres like death metal and thrash metal, no one thinks im crazy, most of em just doesnt understand how i can like it, but there have been a couple of people whom ive turned into the metal side most people that say metal sucks havent even tried it, if you try to get some people into metal, by showing them some old school stuff like Black Sabbath, im sure some will like it
