The Cannibal Corpse guys all seem like the most down to earth, genuinely nice dudes ever. Trying to put those guys together with some of their lyrics just blows my mind

Please avoid the word "kid", it literally means goatoffspring, satanists worship the goat, it's a satanic psyop referring to GOAT of Mendes or BAPHOMET. Humans have CHILDREN. It's all about (mockery of) Scripture. Matthew 25:31-46: "But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory. Before him all the nations will be gathered, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the GOATS. ----------- Wouldn' t it be more logic if followers of Jesus Christ called their children LAMBS!? Updated with additional info!: The first use in the English language for “kid” as an identifier of a child is - “It was considered informal English by the mid-19th century and is now in common use. The kids' referred to when the word first referred to children were sold by criminals to sea captains who took them to British colonies as labourers or slaves. They were also youngsters enlisted by British sailors or soldiers.”
Alex Webster was one of the reasons I started playing bass instead of guitar, just hearing what he could do with a bass was enough to push me to learn how to play bass myself
I was born in 1985, and dad was a huge Metallica fan. The first song I ever heard and remember was Blackend, and I was only like 3 or 4 years old, but I remember it like it was yesterday. Dad died in 2020, and I'm going to see Metallica in New Jersey this August. This would have been our 100th Metallica show together. So, I think I was inspired by my dads taste in music, and that bond it was between us more than everything that made me a metalhead.
When I first saw Butchered at Birth when I was 13 years old and listened to the music I thought there was no way Cannibal Corpse weren’t serial killers. Seeing them interviewed for the first time on video and hearing them talk blew my mind because they just seemed like guys from my family back in Buffalo. Love these guys and their humble mentality despite being the single most recognizable name in Death Metal since the mid to late 90’s
You're out of your goddamn mind😂 they will never be to the level of Judas Priest Iron Maiden or Metallica😮😮 and without the lyrics nobody knows what that singers even saying he has such a horrible voice😮 all I got to says You must have one miserable teenager life😂😂
These guys are so chill. I ate at Applebees with Alex and Paul. I helped with a photo shoot for their album and got to see George lay down his vocals in the studio. I happened to live in Tampa at the time, and their photographer was my buddy from back home in Indiana. My fiance's dad owned the building that a tattoo shop was located in Ybor City. That's where we ran the hooks through the dude's arm and stretched the skin out for the cd photo. It's so weird how these things happen.
I respect Cannibal Corpse for their longevity mostly, as a guitarist of metal fan I don't even fully know how I feel about Cannibal Corpse but it's definitely heavy it's just a matter of understanding the actual musicality
I'm 60 and I saw them in may. Death metal bands are the most gracious people and they love their fans. If you get a chance to see them, GO!!! When George walks onstage the crowd will go crazy! It's magical...
Thats the true rock n roll thing to say! I give it to cannibal corpse to be the nicest guys ever who have the right ideas! Love it! I almost saw them live when slayer toured in 2019 but I missed them cause I was late and out in the parking lot.
I remember KNAC radio. My mom would bust through the door cause she heard metal i would think nobody could hear it lol pillow only made it sound heavier, i was only 6 😅
Pretty refreshing to hear a take like that from an older band. I remember seeing Carcass play and the singer in-between songs was just saying how none of the other bands playing would exist if it weren't for him lol.
Im a new fan, i never gave CC a chance but then i listened for real june 2023 and i got hooked! I listen through every album and it is the best i ever heard.. Cannibal Corpse and Pantera are my 2 favorite bands
Can't really complain about one riff sounding like another riff anymore it's all been done as long as it sounds good and gets the head bobbing then that's what matters. Dimebag said we are all out here just borrowing riffs!
Even though DEATH,was my first death metal band I listened to,I ended up loving cannibal corpse,as a child I would hear death metal played in cars & would love what I hear, even though I listen to deathcore & metalcore alot I still listen to death metal & thrash & heavy any metal genre really, metal is my first love of music, that rap or anything else never made me feel & especially coming from a African American & Puerto Rican family I always got judged also in school now I'm 25 & still love metal of any sub genre
Cannibal is definitely the optimal American death metal band and the fact that they have been holding on the baton of Top Death Metal Band for the length of time that they have and every new record they release easily shows they get more and more extreme and progressive as musicians in that genre of music
I'm gradually growing to like death metal (I come from the punk and hardcore scene). The technicality of the music is absolutely incredible. Over the last couple of years I've become slightly obsessed with harsh vocals also. A lot of punk bands have rough singers, but the stamina that must be required to spit out demons for several minutes at a time is amazing to me.
Svr introduced me to both rock and rap, and now I consider Metal & Rap,for me, to be tied (I have more rap songs on my playlists but quality over quantity).
I love Cannibal. Their music doesn't influence the music I make now. However, their documentary has given me more drive and done more to influence and improve my work ethic than probably anything else. And I'm forever grateful for that.
Tbh, despite making electronic and rap music, i take alot from cannibal corpse. Their approach to making music and the way its executed has pushed my music in a way
I listen to a lot of modern death metal that I discovered through Spotify reconditions thanks to a nu metal band called splutter If it wasn’t for splutters style I don’t think I would ever gotten into death metal
I don't really think there's a whole lot to argue Cannibal Corpse at the top of the mountain when it comes to death metal or just intense heavy sound in general
they're cool dudes, one of my fav bands is megadeth nd sometimes dave shits on bands he can hear pieces of himself in. Also, i cant stop looking at the way he is absolutely destroying that fretboard 😅
I was all for this kind of stoic approach to newer bands emulating older ones ad nauseaum right until I heard the abomination that is the Djent movement that surfaced in the early 2000s after that I was okay if some bands just came out and said that they weren't okay with it and lo behold Meshuggah comes out and publicly states that they don't like being associated with the movement.😂😭😂
Im a HUGE Cannibal Corpse fan!!!. Me, being a Metal Guitarist .. Pat O'Brien has inspired GREATLY over the years. He and Rob & Jack are fuckin INCREDIBLY talented Guitarist (s)/musicians.. then ya got Alex, who plays the Bass like he invented the mother fucker, just amazing talent, Paul, one of the Best drummers In America(imo), George, incredibly wholesome Guy, BRUTAL Vocals, some of the best in the business. I'm going to the 10-10-23 Gig In Spokane, W.A. Taking my 12 year old Nephew who I turned into a Metalhead. He LOVES Cannibal Corpse like his uncle. It'll be his 1st show. Can't fuckin Wait! 🤘❤️
Everyone notice how they respect the newer death metal bands like job for a cowboy even though they were core? Take note. Your killing the death metal genre when u criticize someone for liking bands like carnifex or job or oceano
