The checklist is great! My husband is a very experienced canner, but I am not, and I love a good checklist. I’m trying a whole Greenstalk tower garden full of bush beans this year, so I’m hoping to put some up for the pantry.
That's amazing! I filled my Greenstalks with beans this year as well but my dog has been snacking on the lower levels, she loves the leaves for some reason!

I genuinely don't known how you don't have more followers! Thank you so SO much for making these videos! I found out about wek jars because of you and now have a whole bunch that will be used for canning tomato sauce, salsa, pickles, and diced tomatoes! I really hope more people find you, you're wonderful!
Are you familiar with the electric pressure canners from presto? With small children, i find it's the only way i can find time to put up food, but I've also seen videos that doubt it's safety...
I am! Ultimately it comes down to whether Presto is trustworthy; in my opinion they’re a good option. Here are some university extension guidelines that you might check out: www.ndsu.edu/agriculture/extension/publications/pressure-can-it-right-tips-safely-using-stovetop-or-electric-pressure-canner
