It is because of learning from you to write down my times that my processing of jars has been so successful. I keep a little canning notebook on my counter and I have written each canning session down in it, and I have referred back to it a few times when I forgot to set the timer. Thanks for sharing.

I, too, had that fear Tina. First four canning sessions I stood in the doorway ready to run. Nowadays, after reading about the safety features in new canners, there is nothing to fear, except not following the rules. Happy canning Tina!
Do NOT be skirred becuz you CAN do it! Once you do your very first pressure canning run, follow the process times and those jars seal you will be dancing and hollering that YOU ARE a pressure CANNER!
Speaking of bubble watching, I noticed that the jars that don't do the bubbling have failed. Soup looks good. I always enjoy your video. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
SAME! When they don't keep bubbling along it is usually NOT good. Like the out of business Orchard Road lids For Jars lids let that bubble happen for me without fail.
@@MouseToes I had to stop using ball lids that came on a brand new boxes of jars. For some reason the lids had sucked down or had indents on the rubber that looked like they were used. Same with the bands. Bent. I know use Forjars and Denali lids.
I just canned up 7 quarts of chicken pot pie starter, I never thought to add corn to it. Thanks Mousetoes for your ingredient ideas. Will have to remember these for the next batch.😊

Did you use frozen or canned veggies or does it matter? I love my FORJARS lids! I've had 2 failures with them and it was totally my fault! I cranked down the lids to hard and I knew I did it..... I love that timer! I'll have to get me 2 of them!
