Canning Okra For Frying/Alabama Prepper 

This is my favorite way to can okra. I don't like to over-rinse. I actually like just a hint of the vinegar taste when fried. It's delicious. Oh yeah, and OAG is fantastic. He passed a year or two ago, but his videos are awesome.

You don’t have to rinse it. I make it ever year and it taste great
