The the kitchen aid adapter i promise on slow it doesnt go through the peel and it doesn't make it bitter i just canned 6 quarts myself along with about 8 quarts of lemons

This is very informative. I bought an electric juicer on amazon. It does the same thing as that manual one but the middle part spins and all you have to do is hold the orange on it. I love it. I'm going to definitely do this. Thanks for all the great info!
