In this video I’ll be rebuilding this early Cannondale Carbon Road Bike. I was asked to rebuild this for for a friend who's been 'off' cycling for a while, so I said I would to help get them back on the bike. Mechanically it's pretty sound but it's been stood in a container for a good while and dried up a bit. Main problems were sticky cables, ripped bar tape and just caked with dust really. I decided to fully strip it, give it thorough clean, t-cut and polish followed by a rebuild with new inner cables, bar tape and grease where needed to get it back to new condition.
