I have a Jekyll and I love it but the Gemini shock seems kinda gimmicky. It doesn’t really do much except for the lever getting in the way if I need to flip my bike over. It does feel a little more poppy on jump sections but other than that I can’t feel a difference

Confused as to why someone would buy Cannondale trail bike now that they seem to have finally moved away from dumb proprietary stuff like the Lefty and DYAD pull shock. What's the premium cost supposed to reflect? I know their XC stuff is highly regarded.

Question for anyone out there that has experience with the new Jekyll: WHAT SIZE FRAME ARE YOU RIDING, AND WHAT IS YOUR HEIGHT? I'm 6'0" and I recently took a Large on a quick street ride (not a trail demo) outside my LBS. I was shocked how cramped it felt in the cockpit. I was 98% sold on buying the Jekyll 1, but this has given me pause. Seems weird to consider going with an XL given my heigh, but stranger things have been done. I think part of the "problem" comes from the 35mm stem and the 9 degree back sweep on the bars (which I really did not like). Maybe it's just something I would get used to. One other review I found talks about this same thing, and they recommend nobody over 5'8" ride a Medium. I'm still considering buying the bike and maybe putting a 50mm stem (I'd prefer not to) and a straighter bar on it. Or maybe I need to demo the XL!? Thanks!

When a problem arises they speak of "limited warranty" of the box and they disregard what they They have sold talking about manufacturing quality, evolution, performance ...... In my case Cannondale Scalpel 2012 Carbon Ballistec, exquisite maintenance in the store that sold it to me, three months ago appear fissures in tube direction, I inform the local distributor, this sends some photos to the distributor in Spain, dependent on this man Ignacio Giménez and Joaquin Ruiz Soto, the answer has been that they are fissures of the painting and that the warranty does not cover them ......... absolutely false and uncertain, only to remove the responsibility of change of painting as stipulated in warranty. A huge disappointment Mr. Ignacio Giménez, Joaquin Ruiz Soto and Cannondale Europe and in Spain of the treatment to his client in post-sale guarantee of this brand that is said of the best.
