Cannot reset security questions insufficient information apple - Fixed | Computer Today 

For follow this tutorial, you must need Xcode IDE in order to use iOS simulator. Also, *Xcode IDE is only available for macOS.* In this tutorial I used Xcode version 12.4 in my macOS. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SOLUTION IS NOT WORKING FOR SOME APPLE ID'S.* I did successful reset, If you don't have macOS and If you need help on this then ping me at twitter, twitter.com/rajamohan0s. *I could help you only on free time.* *UPDATE(2022/02/28):* With help of the viewer I got to knew new method to reset if the method shown in video isn't work. He told me these Steps but I didn't tried yet, -> In your mac Sign the apple ID that you want to reset. then, -> Open Keychain Access app -> The keychain access app will ask you enter phone number. -> That's it. *UPDATE(2022/03/06):* So, If the above two doesn't work then give some time then try again the method that I've shown in the video. There is chance that you can get phone number page. Today I did reset one apple ID of the user that failed to get phone number page at last Jan. *UPDATE(2023/06/30):* If you have real device like Mac, iPad, iPhone you can try the same flow on that. A viewer told me that, *If any Apple ID already signed in then you've to reset your phone and try again to get 2F enable in your Apple account* and *please see that a viewer replied under this pinned comment* that *you don't need to to reset your device and more* but you can setup 2Factor Auth on *Account->Setup 2FA* - I didn't verified personally as I don't have had chance to use real device on this case.
