I didn’t have to do all those steps..I just closed the App Store…deleted the app….reopened the App Store and boom I was given the option to purchase the app after sharing the app with someone
Hello can I ask. What should I do if i have an app that has been purchased by another id and installed it on my iPad but now I want to buy it so I can update it? I'm having a problem because I can't purchase it, it's just downloading again and I can't update it. 😭
I bought the Pro Apps Bundle with my new MacBook Pro. I got them pre-installed on the MacBook. But the thing is the softwares aren't added in my Apple ID. I tried to update the FCPx but it says "Final Cut Pro cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID." I only have one Apple ID, so how can they say that I have purchased it from a different Apple ID. What should I do now? Will I get an email with all the codes to redeem the softwares? I just got the MacBook delivered yesterday. Please help me , I'm so confused and exhausted.
