I thought Canada won the gold in one of the K1 events when I read the Guiness World Records book. How is it a record if the gold medal country for K1 500m is AUSTRALIA and the gold in K1 1000m is GREAT BRITAIN?!

They train 2 to 3 times a day, damn, i do k1 2000m and im dead for 2 days. I cant imagine training for 1000m 4 to 6 times in 2 days. I guess this is what it takes to go to olympics lol
