Join us for a short paddle around the lake!
This is one of our beautiful Virginia Parks! It was a lovely day - perfect for a canoe ride out on the lake. I hope everyone is enjoying their Labor Day Weekend.
Sorry Raina is not a part of this video. She is not a boating kind of gal! I will be sure she gets a featured part in my next video (as will she!)

Hi, Donna and Reney! How peaceful! Well, other than that cussing kid 🤣 Unfortunately, it's a rainy day here, so nothing fun in nature is happening today, but I'm hoping for a long walk at the park tomorrow morning. What a majestic spot. Have you ever seen Ken Burns', 'A History of American National Parks'? I'm addicted to it, the most astounding celebration of wilderness & place attuned to ecocriticism & respectful nobility. Glad you had such a restorative, uplifting experience.

Yes! Ken Burns is awesome! Even before the series, I loved his photography. Our National Parks are a treasure!

Very relaxing watching this! What a lovely lake. I'm glad you both had fun. It's getting quite autumnal here in the UK. Getting dark early and it's been raining most of the day. We have had a poor summer here, just a few hot days. Although the forecast says mild days ahead. Who knows!

Went camping this week and had 4 families who thought you had the use the F word at least once every 5 minutes... Very class with all the kids around 😂 Great veiws.
