based on my experience, it is not quite good to record a very loud sound, i.e. concert, etc. But with such a price, I think it is worth to buy. PS: you should consider to attach additional microphone to cope the audio quality problem.
@bodyboard4life10 well the movable LCD is exactly what I dont like. as far as movie quality though, either model would do well, but the difference comes in with still photography, if thats a concern to you at all
hi i have read that canon 1100d doesnt have any aperture controll in its video mode... so how do u controll aperture or is it completely auto....!!! ?? a reply would be appreciated..!!!
This is for half the price now.. should I buy it? I've been photographing for a year now (with a 5 year old camera) and thought I could upgrade my camera now.
that's a common sense question, but I think the answer is in you. both canon and nikon has their own pros and cons. now, the question is, what kind of photographer are you? a beginner, or a pro? since those cameras can produce magnificent photographs as long as you got the skill, not the camera brand.
Can someone help me? :/ Everytime I use camera record it sometimes stops recording and says "Movie recording has been stopped automatically" Can someone tell me how to stop it?
I recently just bought the same camera and my video files are really big and they're all MOV files. Is there a way to change the file format or the size? Please. I couldn't find it in the settings or even in the manual. :(
VIDEO EDITING HELP? What free editing software can I edit my Canon EOS 1100D videos on?! It won't let me upload any of my videos to movie maker. I don't want to do anything fancy, just put some clips together and cut them down a little.
...Here are a few arguments that I have. If you have a decent counterargument feel free to express it, otherwise stop using shallow and transparent judgements.
DSLRS are awesome. but the only thing it can't provide is TALENT. so even if you have the best cam but you dont have a talent for photography or filming, then its quiet useless.
If I wanted to film a nail tutorial with this, how close in would I be able to get, but with good video quality and the most basic lens? Someone please help! Thanks :)
